Provide the following planning project information in a report format:

1. Summary of building spaces
2. Summary of utility needs
3. Table identifying each type of space, net assignable area required for the space, total assignable area for the space.
4. For each type of space, provide a detailed list of equipment and furniture and utility requirements. Also, identify any special needs.
5. A simple floor plan showing
1. outside walls with door and window locations
2. inside walls with door and other opening locations
3. identification name for each space

Drawing requirements:

The drawing can be generated by CAD of by hand. The purpose of the drawing is to show the spaces and openings. It should be to suitable scale for general presentation
