The Joseph D. Blickle fund was established by the late Mr. Blickle. He was an Extension Engineer at the Ohio State University for many years prior to his retirement in 1974. Professor Blickle was noted all across Ohio for his creative assistance on farmstead planning and colorful presentations. The recipients of the Blickle Premium Scholarship are either incoming freshmen or current students who have been chosen based on academic merit. To retain this scholarship, students must stay at or near the top of their class in the department.
