Paul Rofkar graduated from the Department of Agricultural Engineering in 1939. He spent most of his engineering career working for Massey Ferguson. In 1999 he established a scholarship fund to honor engineering students in this department.

The recipient of the Rofkar Premium Scholarship for 2003 is Kory Siesel. 

Matthew Hays was an additional recipient for 2003 of a Rofkar Scholarship.
