To advance the science and application of engineering in systems involving food, agriculture, environment, and construction.

Our Vision

To advance science, teach principles and applications, and disseminate knowledge of engineering needed to efficiently produce, distribute, and process biological products (such as food, feed, fiber, and fuel) while conserving natural resources, preserving environmental quality, and ensuring the health and safety of people.
