The undergraduate experience in the Department of Food, Agricultural and Biological Engineering is unique to each student. Our academic and faculty advisors work with students individually to develop an academic plan that not only leads to timely degree completion, but also relates directly to a students' career plans after graduation.

Students from across our three majors can choose from nearly 100 unique courses taught in the department, and thousands more across campus to meet their interests. In addition to a focus on academics, FABE places an emphasis on diversifying the student experience through internship opportunities, undergraduate student research, education abroad experiences and clubs and student organizations.
