OUR SPEAKERS:

LINDSAY JONES: BLIND EYE RESTORATION

As the owner and CEO of Blind Eye Restoration, Lindsay has made a business out of her passion for old buildings and fine art. With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, a MS in Historic Preservation, and professional roles spanning across the country, she has realized her dream contracting company for herself here in Ohio. While day to day work includes a typical blend of administration and field work, she is obsessed with building up her niche market through thought provoking marketing and educational workshops relating historic preservation to energy efficiency and community development. Lindsay is a graduate from the Construction Systems Management program at The Ohio State University and obtained her Masters in Historic Preservation at Univesrity of Oregon.

JAMIE HADAC: FIRE-SEAL

Jamie L Hadac is Owner and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Fire-Seal, LLC, with offices in Ohio and Florida. Fire-Seal is a specialty contractor specializing in Fireproofing, Firestop and Spray Foam Insulation Systems for Commercial, Educational and Healthcare Environments. Formed in 2013, Fire-Seal has grown from a start-up company with one office and a few employees and has expanded to several other states and has 45 employees today. Prior to focusing full time on Fire-Seal, Jamie worked for 20 years in Commercial Real Estate. She started her career as an Asset Manager for Prudential Real Estate Investors in New Jersey, then relocated to Illinois where she became the Executive Vice President of Foresite Realty, a small Real Estate firm and grew their Multi-Family Property Management and Brokerage Division from the ground up. Jamie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Management from the University of Delaware.

DENISE DELONG: SINGLETON CONSTRUCTION

Denise Doczy-DeLong is the President and majority owner of Singleton Construction LLC, which was 
founded in 1995 and has grown into a leading Commercial Construction General Contractor focusing on 
transforming retail spaces. The company was founded by Ms. Doczy-DeLong's mother, Nancy Doczy and 
partner Chris Singleton. In 2006, Ms. Doczy-DeLong joined Singleton Construction LLC as the Managing Director of the business and has significantly expanded Singleton's customer base and geographic footprint. Today the company is headquartered in Canal Winchester Ohio and operates in 39 states. Singleton is excited about the opportunities in the construction industry to help retailers physically transform their brands. Ms. Doczy-DeLong is an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Retail Contractor's Association, and the Builder's Exchange of Central Ohio. Ms. Doczy-DeLong was completed a year long mentorship by the Maria Sharapova Women's Entrepreneur Program and the National Association of Women Business Owners.

PATRICIA MCCLIMON: NATIONWIDE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL

Patricia J. “Patty” McClimon is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at NationwideChildren's Hospital. In this capacity, she is responsible for the development and tracking of Nationwide Children’s long range strategic plan and its related master facilities plan. Patty oversees NCH’s main campus and ambulatory expansion strategies, population health initiatives, budget projection planning and business development efforts. Included in her scope of responsibilities are capital construction, project coordination and oversight of the Engineering, Planning, Regional Development, Community Wellness Initiatives and DataResources Departments. She serves as the Chairman of the Board of Healthy New Albany, as well as the Board of Trustees for Ronald McDonald House Charities. She also served for three years as Board Chairman for Rebuilding
Together Columbus. Patty is active in the Notre Dame Club of Columbus, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts in the Program of Liberal Studies. She received her Master’s in Health Administration from The Ohio StateUniversity. She and her husband Matt are the proud parents of 3 boys, ages 18, 15 and 10.
