What does a typical day look like at your current role?
"I typically have about 3-4 on-going research projects related to heat transfer and heat exchanger challenges in industry. I jump on and off projects based on prioritization. You may find me in our Research and Technology Center (RTC) or at my desk. Every day is different!"
What was your biggest educational takeaway from your time in FABE?
"During my time and OSU and FABE, I was introduced to the topic of heat exchanger fouling and cleaning. This is a research area that has shaped my career and brought me to where I am today."
Best part of being an engineer or thing you love most about engineering?
"There are always opportunities to learn."
Fondest memory of your time at OSU FABE?
"Working with my PhD advisor, Dr. Dennis Heldman, who is considered one of the father's of food engineering. He is greatly missed!"
