Unfortunately I cannot move my meeting earlier as a few members of my committee have morning commitments. Looking at the schedule it looks like room 202 is available starting at 11am. I know last time I scheduled in this room I was moved due to the meeting starting late. Is there any way to assure that I would be able to get into room 202 right after 11 if i reserved it? I have to give the graduate school a time and location for my examination and due to my committee members schedules, this is the only date and time that works. If possible, could you reserve FABE room 202 from 11-2 on March 26th?
